BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Ensure registration to attend the event.
- All accommodation bookings are based on full payment in advance through credit/debit card only.
- All rates mentioned are in AED.
- Tourism Dirham Fees are to be paid directly by guests upon check-in in local currency per room per night (10 AED for 3 star /15 AED for 4 star and 20 AED for 5 star).
- Cancellation fee will apply for all bookings made. Please refer to the terms and conditions for each hotel.
- In case of group bookings (10 rooms or more in a hotel) contact: housing@gulfdunes.com
- Any booking pre/post the dates (29–31 JANUARY 2024) of the FESPA Middle East 2024 is not offered online; you may contact: housing@gulfdunes.com
- All extras and incidentals need to be settled by the guest at check-out.
- Check-in time: 14:00pm
- Check-out time: 12:00pm
CANCELLATION POLICIES
- 7 days before arrival: Free Cancellation
- Between 6 to 4 days before arrival: 1 night room rate will be charged for all the rooms booked by the guest.
- Within 3 days of the arrival date: Full length of Stay for all the rooms booked by the guest will be charged.
- In case of a No-Show: The full length of stay for all the rooms booked by the guest will be charged.
